EVENT DETAILS

Our Faith and Reason (F.A.R.) series for Teens is a speaker series for teens who are searching for a greater depth of knowledge with regard to their faith. Many teenagers have deep questions about the faith that simply cannot be answered in a compelling way by searching the internet or by asking a question at youth group.

EI brings in experts on certain topics and taps into our own staff's knowledge in order to present on timely topics of faith with the application of church teaching and reason.

Join us on Sunday, September 8, from 7-8pm at the JPII Newman Center for our first topic of season, Catholic Voting. What does the Church teach about political participation, our obligations towards it, and what is and what is not allowed in terms of voting? The US Bishops provide a solid foundation for the Catholic approach to voting, and Dcn. Omar will unpack what they have to say.
